Inventory: 1,000 tonnes in 10,000m2

ARCUS INOX has a capacity to stock 1,000 tonnes of tubes and accessories. A new tube inventory platform of 5,400 m² came on line during the first half of 2006. Accessories are kept on racks and tubes are stored in appropriate conditions.
At Arcus Inox, all inventory is organised by family and by material to facilitate tracking according to AQ and ISO standards.

Shipping: a partner network

Most orders are shipped by road. Arcus Inox works with a network of partners selected by region, and in some cases by district, in order to ensure daily deliveries. The transporters are then chosen to meet each need. Small orders are sent by courier.

Other shipping methods may be used, such as sea transport. Arcus Inox customers may also collect their order directly from Viarmes or Izinzac Lochrist. Our warehouses are open from 6.00 am to 8.00 pm Monday to Thursday and from 6.00 am to 5.30 pm on Fridays.

Logistics: made-to-measure service and lead times

To make sure products arrive in perfect condition, Arcus Inox adapts its packaging to each shipment. This is based on weight, quantity and volume.

Arcus Inox loads export shipments into containers.

Delivery times for accessories are 24 to 48 hours after orders are processed.
For tubes, delivery times vary from 24 to 72 hours depending on location.
For emergency orders, Arcus Inox can arrange for express delivery (order during the day for delivery the following morning).
