Total commitment
Arcus Inox boasts an excellent position on the stainless steel market thanks to its responsiveness and its inventory levels. While a market in a constant state of flux requires flexibility and speed, maintaining a competitive edge means making strong commitments to continuous and sustainable quality improvements.
Arcus Inox is ISO 9001:2015 certified under number FQA4000447 (initial certification in June 2006). Our certification in this quality management system guarantees continued customer satisfaction.
All Arcus Inox personnel are committed to this programme to reduce, eliminate and prevent any quality deficiencies or non-conformities.
Partner companies
Arcus Inox requires ISO 9001:2008 certification of all its partner companies.
Controls at several levels
To ensure full compliance with customer orders, the Arcus Inox Quality Department carries out controls at four levels:
1- Receipt of the goods.
2- Order entry.
3- Order preparation.
4- Shipping.
Identification and compliance
At all times and for all equipment sold, Arcus Inox can provide materials certificates (3.1B) guaranteeing the compliance of the manufacturing processes and the chemical and mechanical properties of the products, thanks to their identification and casting numbers.
Reinforced Quality Control
Arcus Inox uses a portable analyser to ensure greater quality control of both stainless steel products received from suppliers and those shipped to customers. This allows us to guarantee the level of requirements necessary for the achievement of projects subject to strict quality control measures. Our compact, highly sensitive portable analyser allows for determining alloys in less than 5 seconds and gives a detailed and precise analysis for sorting stainless steel grades.
The results of the analyses provide the chemical composition of the elements comprising the alloy analysed, their concentration in % and their grade.
The analyser is equipped with a removable PDA for instant data synchronization with a computer.
Arcus Inox has been a qualified RCC-M stockist since 22 June 2011. This allows us to carry out, on behalf of EDF and its subcontractors, boiler making / pipework manufacturing services and the provision of spare parts.
